Pilar Akaneya is a Japanese restaurant located in the Madrid neighborhood of Ríos Rosas, which was founded on July 17, 2020. It is known for being the first sumibiyaki in Madrid and one of the five restaurants in Spain that offers wagyū certified as Kobe Beef. In addition, it is the first establishment in Europe to serve the Japanese Crown Melon muskemelon.
