La Entretenida

The restaurant takes its name from the novel by Cervantes, La Entretenida, "Even if you have lovesickness and you will not marry you could visit La Entretenida, to eat and enjoy, in that the restaurant is based.

It is a modern tavern and castizaque is part of Oter Group. In the Barrio de Las Letras in Madrid, he has this tavern offers authentic traditional cuisine flavored poetry. It offers a set menu based on dishes made from traditional pure, traditional recipes.

A space divided into three distinct zones: an open dining terrace street that features a vertical garden; the main dining room with large windows, and the bar area which is accessed by climbing a small ladder. The home is decorated with the original walls of the late nineteenth century, the Moorish brick and iron columns.

DIshes on the menu: cutting duck foie gras terrine with fig jam, octopus braised pedrero, cod fritters "Plaza Mayor" with honey, juicy cod and leeks omelette, fish San Pedro baked with dried tomatoes, suckling pig suckling pig and pineapple and apple ravioli, tripe very nose.
