Since the late 70s, the Biotika offers vegetarian cuisine based on macrobiotic cooking and vegan dishes.
Undoubtedly, this restaurant is the best one that we found in Madrid to enjoy this type of cuisine. The place is small and cozy, and its bright colors provide much charm.
