With over 100 years of experience, the tavern The Ardosa is considered the oldest in Madrid.
With a pure and traditional style, the restaurant serves excellent and generous tapas typical of the capital. Some of the specialties of the house are the Spanish omelet and croquettes.
It was a finalist in the national contest of Tortillas del Palacio Cursal in San Sebastian and on another occasion, received the award Mejor Cervecería de Pilasen en España (Best Brewery of Pilasen in Spain).
