Led by Don Ramón Guío and his two sons, Hermanos Guío is a small family tavern with over twenty years of experience offering the best fries around Madrid, cooked and served in every imaginable way. Therefore, their infinite variety has given the name of the Potato Museum.
This restaurant in the capital consumed daily over 200 pounds of potatoes, brought exclusively from Segovia. In addition, their tops are characterized by potatoes of all sizes and all kinds of sauces.
