Opened in 2000 by chef Ricardo Sanz, Kabuki restaurant has become, in the recent years, one of the Japanese restaurants of reference in Madrid.
Nowadays, is run by his pupil Víctor Serrano. It is a contemporary and modern place that offers what have been called as a Kabuki kitchen. Its cuisine is creative and simple, made with the best ingredients and where Japanese techniques are fused with elements of the traditional Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine.
Due to all of that, it was awarded with a Michelin star. In summer it's a spacious and cozy terrace remains open.
Dishes on the menu: usuzukuri of San Pedro Bilbao, usuzukuri tumaca bull with bread, usuzukuri vinaigrette, spicy tuna bowl with eggs and Canarian potatoes, red shrimp nigiri, usuzukuri fried squid with flour, egg nigiri quail with truffles, Wagyu burger, fish and truffle butter with chives, Wagyu rib with teriyaki sauce.
