Fortuny

In an old three-floors house of the nineteenth century, in an elegant and classical setting near the Paseo de la Castellana in Madrid, we can find the Fortuny restaurant.

In a modern and elegant atmosphere provides Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. We must highlight their starters, fish and meat on a varied menu.

It has capacity for 100 diners. It also has a beautiful garden, an exclusive nightclub on the ground floor and a spectacular roof terrace.

The home has been decorated by the interior designer Pascual Ortega. Usually at night has become a cocktail bar with chill out music playing.

Dishes on the menu: delicious cod tempura with romesco sauce, stuffed wantones Argentine style with chimichurri, beef carpaccio with foie shells and lime salt, fideuá chef with cuttlefish and prawns, mushroom risotto with black truffles, wild bluefin tuna tartare with sesame oil, matured ox loin with Galician chips and jam of hot peppers, wild meagre with coriander sauce and artichokes, beef tenderloin medallions with garlic and braised Pac choi.
