For more than 30 years ago, Feito brothers Manolo and Ernesto Ferreiro restaurant opened, offering a simple Spanish cuisine restaurant, but with great flavors with recipes that have inherited the traditional dishes of this family.
They have two other restaurants in Madrid Ferreiro Comandante Zorita and Asador del Molinon on Paseo Florida. They are notable for their excellent Asturian regional cuisine prepared with the best seasonal products and a large bar with a wide selection of meals and tapas.
The home in a family atmosphere offers a terrace and private rooms to conduct any kind of celebration.
Dishes on the menu: elvers Bilbao-style, grilled scarlet prawns, mussels à la mariniere, sauteéed milk caps with ham, charcoal-grilled sea bass with garlic, slow-roasted lamb shank with garnish, cecina (dried beef) from Astorga with almonds toast, free-range fried eggs starred with potatoes and ham, Cantabrian anchovies on toast with caramelized peppers, beans with clams, stewed tripes and snout, oxtail stewed in red wine, cod pil-pil style.
