El Imperio restaurant is located in the neighborhood of Argüelles of Madrid. The restaurant is decorated like a small tavern and its speciality is mycology.

The star dish of the house is the wild mushrooms, groomed and cooked in a peculiar way as the need to require each fungus. Furthermore, in their menu you can find traditional dishes of the Spanish province of Leon and another novel proposal as is the cockscomb with mushrooms.
