Court area, close to Fuencarral street is El Cocinillas, a simple restaurant with Parisian airs that offers a cuisine based on traditional family recipes.

Julian Lara who left his profession of interior decorator to pursue his true passion, does not offer a not very large but very suggestive dishes where traditional recipes are joined with international touches menu.

It is a pleasant place, with good service. With just a few tables, the restaurant is decorated with tablecloths and cloth napkins. For weekend dinners it is advisable to book.

Dishes on the menu: timbale of avocado with cuttlefish with garlic, mussels with red sauce curry and lemongrass, couscous with supreme grouper and anchored vegetables, carrillera acorn Pedro Ximenez with braised potatoes, confit acalao on stew boned trotters, soft caramelized rice pudding with vanilla ice cream.
