In 1992, three friends and lovers of gastronomy decided to open a restaurant of Spanish and international food in the center of Madrid: Cornucopia. Today this restaurant run by Kim Manning, Fernando Bazán and Bernardo Martínez is located in a tourist area, being an oasis of quality and tranquility in the emblematic Plaza de Callao.
The gastronomic proposal of this restaurant is to start from traditional recipes of Spanish cuisine to go one step further, to merge them with new ideas and ingredients and present them with appetizing creativity. The diversity of cultures and quality products are found in its kitchen and push to taste an extensive menu of home-made and different dishes in one of its three salons.
Cornucopia is based on the concept of Food & Art, in which a delicious meal is accompanied by an elegant and naturist decoration with clear and well distributed spaces. Between its walls, where modern works of art are exhibited, guests will enjoy a magnificent meal or dinner.
