Traditional Spanish cuisine for more than 50 years ago is what gives us the Bogota restaurant, at Bethlehem of Madrid. It began its tour this local Chueca, early 60s.
Little has changed the original approach of the project: to provide the highest quality at the best price possible. They offer traditional recipes and homemade dishes that evoke the flavors of childhood, as varied as that of this Madrid neighborhood atmosphere.
