In the district of Tetuan, halfway between Cuatro Caminos and Nuevos Ministerios in Madrid, it is Aroy Thai, a modern restaurant and luxury with Thai décor.

Although it is based on innovation, they retain many of the traditions and cooking methods from Thailand, from which have a varied menu with healthy dishes, taking care of the freshness and quality of ingredients, good raw materials and care in the kitchen. They also have gluten-account ecological and food.

It is very spacious venue with a neat interior of the hand of Julian Guerrero, who, without falling into eastern baroquisms or papier mache decorations, manages to introduce very well the Thai atmosphere with a modern touch. Dishes on the menu: kai satee (skewered chicken marinated in coconut milk and herbs grilled), pad thai Khung (traditional preparation of noodles sauteed with onion, bean sprouts, vegetables and peanuts), tofu satee (skewered tofu with peanut sauce), Kratiam mu (pork tenderloin sauteed with garlic and oyster sauce), chi chi (steamed sea bass fillets with curry and coconut sauce), mango with sweet rice.
