Inside the Rosewood Villa Magna Hotel is the Amós restaurant, a place that has been offering Cantabrian haute cuisine since its opening in October 2021. Jesús Sánchez directs the gastronomic proposal, while chef Mauro García Lamas leads the kitchen.

The Amós restaurant offers cuisine that combines the character and tradition of Cantabria with a contemporary vision. On its set menu, you can find dishes that evoke the flavor of the Cantabrian Sea and its surroundings, such as the famous anchovies and cod fritters to share, followed by starters such as pickled oyster or seafood ravioli. In the main courses, options such as hake loin, roasted sea bass or pigeon with meatballs stand out, and to finish, a selection of desserts. The restaurant also offers a tasting set menu called "Esencia", which features some of the most outstanding dishes on the set menu.
