A space that rescues the gastronomic memories of the summers spent in Cadaqués by chefs and friends Ignasi Teixidor and Joan Tharrats is the summary of what we will find in the Xanc i Meli restaurant in the upper area of Barcelona.
The restaurant adopts traditional Catalan cuisine with very personal winks from chefs that add flavor with innovative ingredients. The short set menu has main dishes that change according to the season and typical tapas where bravas and mushroom croquettes stand out.
The decoration, which with its walls painted light blue, stones and bricks seeks to recreate a quiet river, is authored by the Amoo studio and still has an impressive circular lamp that is perfect in the main dining room. Tables and small bar with stools are organized throughout the restaurant that also has a more reserved atmosphere at the back of the room.
