Located on top of the mall Las Arenas in Barcelona, Watatsumi restaurant offers fine Japanese cuisine.

The chef offers a menu with some personal creations and offers classic and contemporary recipes. All of them made with high quality products.

The restaurant has sushi bar and a sunny terrace overlooking Plaza España and Montjuïc. We can also find a cocktail bar where you can taste classical and Asian drinks until two in the morning every weekend.

 

Dishes: Ebi Yakisoba (fried noodles with vegetables and shrimps). Kobe burger. Gandiri no miso (black cod with miso sauce). Sushi and sashimi. Sumon maki (salmon, salmon roe, shrimp, mango and Japanese mayonnaise). Uramaki Tobiko Spice Tuna (bluefin tuna, cucumber, spicy mayonnaise and flying fish roe).

Positive: Bastante bueno y sorprendente, sobretodo porque no te esperas encontrar un gastro restaurante de autor en una zona comercial. Recomendable casi todo, hay platos que más y otros que menos, pero en general bastante bien. No es el típico restaurante japonés, también hay que decirlo. Por ello no es recomendable si buscas un buffet giratorio o parecido o no quieres pagar más de 15€ por comer.
Negative: Negativo creo que nada, igual por decir algo..que en la terraza tuve un poco de fresco..pero avisé al camarero y me pusieron la calefacción para mi sola. :-)

Positive: Calidad de la comida, cocina japonesa de autor. Sushi bastante bueno
Negative: No he encontrado nada negativo. Siempre es mejorable todo, pero en general bastante mejor de lo que me esperaba.

Positive: Bonitas vistas. Lugar agradable y tranquilo. La comida: buenísima! . La cerveza superfresquita! Ummm. Los camareros cuidan los detalles. Atentos y educados.
Negative: Nada negativo. Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi marido y todo genial!
