Soluna is a restaurant located in the center of the Eixample Esquerre in Barcelona that offers a gastronomic proposal where Japanese and Mediterranean flavors are fused.
Open by the hand of Chef Tappei Nii, the Soluna gives us the possibility to eat a la carte or choose from one of its tasting set menus. One of the set menus incorporates many more dishes such as baie de foie and tuna tartare with scallop and nori sauce, among others.
If there is something to highlight about the restaurant is its minimalist decoration and the bar from where you can see how the chefs prepare the dishes.
