Beware. We (four persons), got food poisoned from food in Orio, one of Grupo Sagardi restaurants. When we complained we didn´t get any apologies or nothing. Grupo Sagardi management are just trying to ignore it. Obviously they DO NOT know anything about customer relationship or worse they don´t care. My advice is to do the same. IGNORE this company´s restaurants and choose others instead.

Una experiencia vasca genial. Hemos comido productos frescos de la huerta de navarra, txuleton de primera, y mi esposo un bacalao que lo dejo muy satisfecho. Seguro repetiremos.

Los pinchos estaban buenos y de calidad, aunque la mayoría no eran calientes. No había gran rotación de pinchos por lo que encontrar alguno recién hecho, era difícil.
