(English below) Reservamos una mesa para celebrar un cumpleanos y todo fue bien hasta que nos trajeron un plato que no habiamos pedido. Se lo hicimos saber al camarero sin darle mas importancia y para sorpresa nuestra, la persona que tomo la comanda (distinta a la que nos tomo nota y atendio en la cena..) se acerco a la mesa para reprochar de muy malas maneras a mi amiga que ella sí habia pedido un plato distinto. Mi amiga respondio que debia ser un malentendido, ella nunca pidio ese plato y para sorpresa nuestra la camarera dijo que ella sabia muy bien lo que ella habia pedido y que se comia ese plato y punto. (Lo dijo asi tal cual..) Los que estabamos sentados al lado nos quedamos perplejos y obviamente muy indignados. La dijimos que se llevara ese plato y nos trajera el que habiamos pedido. Nos quejamos de sus formas y la camarera se fue de la mesa diciendo a mi amiga que le traeria el otro plato, pero que este, nos lo pondria en la cuenta. El murmullo de la mesa provocó que el camarero que nos habia atendido durante el resto de la cena se acercara, parecía el jefe de la sala. (no habia nadie mas cenando en el restaurante, eramos los unicos, una mesa de 13). Pensábamos que venia a disculparse por la actitud de la camarera (Había visto y escuchado desde no muy lejos toda la escena) pero en vez de eso, empezó diciendo que ellos eran profesionales y sabían muy bien como hacer su trabajo reprochando que nosotros ni siquiera habíamos sido capaces de reservar una cena para 13 por internet.. No comments! Inexplicable, inconcebible e indignante el servicio prestado. Se cargaron el buen rollo de la cena e indignaron a la cumpleañera que fue quien reservo la mesa. Ahora entiendo porque estaba vacio, NO RECOMENDABLE! Nice food, shocking service We stayed for a birthday dinner with thirteen people. The lobster went back to the kitchen and we expected the missing dish to arrive a bit later, no harm done... But now an unbelievable show started. The girl who had taken the orders came back with the lobster, put it in front of the friend who had ordered the tuna and insisted, that she (the friend) had ordered a lobster, otherwise she (the waitress) wouldn't have written it down and closed with "you eat this now, if you want the tuna, I'll charge you both dishes". All delivered in an increadbly agressive way. Hearing our protests, the manager came over to deescalate, sending the waitress away. Then he started to explain to us, that they were professionals and we were not, and that nobody could know afterwards what really had been ordered... Not a word of apology for the waitress' behaviour came out of his mouth. The tuna arrived in the end, we concluded the diner in a somewhat dimmed mood and were not surprised, that the bill contained several items, that beforehand had been agreed, to be included in the menu. We paid, left, and will never come back. Never in my life have a experienced anything like this "service" before. And I hope I never will again... NEVER AGAIN
