Little Andaman

In the heart of Barcelona's Eixample we find the Little Andamam restaurant opened in October 2020 by the owners of the Bembi Group. The Andamam Islands, is a tiny archipelago where they offer more fish, shellfish and coconut cooked with less spice, contradicting the idea we have of Indian cuisine.

Little Andamam 's proposal focuses on dishes to share, merging the regional flavors of South India and the traditional ones of Andamam, maintaining a moderate level of heat and a powerful flavor. In your menu we observe that the vegetarian options take a lot of prominence. To drink, apart from wines and beers, they prepare homemade soft drinks seasoned with mint, lime, coriander, ginger... They have a set menu of classic cocktails with an Indian twist, fresh and well prepared.

The place is minimalist, and slightly elegant combined with the tropical style of the details that remind us of the Asian origin of the restaurant, such as the rattan chairs, the kentia palm trees, the naïf paintings in solid colors, the feather dusters and the pale tones of the walls and upholstery. It has three tasting set menus: two for 25 euros (one vegetarian) and one for 30, they also have a weekday lunch set menu for 15.90 euros.
