In the Eixample district we find the La Patsa Lab gourmet restaurant, opened in November 2019. Espedito Brunetto, the owner, brought together his two passions: medicine and gastronomy, to offer an innovative service to the city of Barcelona.
Espedito, as a result of his knowledge of medicine, wanted to implement respect for nutrients in his kitchen by cooking dishes at a low temperature, with the oil never brought to the boiling point. The restaurant is specialized in the elaboration of organic and homemade pasta prepared with natural and top quality ingredients. In addition, they cater to the vegetarian/vegan crowd with a variety of plant-based dishes.
It is an informal and cozy place where the kitchen is visible so that we can see the chefs in action. It is an ideal place to eat and spend a pleasant moment with your family and friends.
Dishes: Escalope of veal with truffled Parmesan sauce and toasted hazelnuts. Potato balls with spicy sobrassada sauce and burrata. Macaroni a la Rosanese (with braised beef in a clay pot for 6 hours in two courses).
