To make time before the films of the Filmoteca, a tapas on Sundays or an exquisite dinner, we can choose the restaurant La Monroe, the bar of the Filmoteca de Catalunya, in the Raval neighbourhood in Barcelona.
With an atmosphere that is in itself an extension of the Salvador Seguí square, with which it shares the same floor, the dining room is decorated by creative lamps made of recycled egg cups and large filament bulbs to illuminate the large wooden tables. The terrace, always full, occupies the entire facade of the restaurant with green and coral red tables.
The Monroe offers delicious options for a snacks before a movie or a more complete dinner. For dinner, starting at 8pm, we can choose an exotic cod with black sepia spaghetti and aioli or an delicious ceviche with Bloody Mary and wheat tortilla.
