On Calle Roselló in Barcelona, La Balabusta is a restaurant with a special name, referring to its owner and chef Ronit, "woman who runs her house with energy" which comes from Yiddish. Ronit Stern and Rafael Campos are responsible for this project. They also own the well-known Auto Rosellón restaurant, and the Toto restaurant, as well as the Crustó bakeries distributed throughout Barcelona and Madrid.
