In the early twentieth century, with the arrival of the Japanese in Brazil, these two cultures merged resulting in the gastronomic fusion we can see today in Ikibana, a restaurant of Japanese-Brazilian fusion in the Born district of Barcelona.
Open since 2008, in Ikibana's a set menu, we can taste very imaginative and original dishes with extraordinary flavors, colors and textures perfectly mixed.
The contemporary and cosmopolitan atmosphere of Ikibana, welcomes us in a small space with nice decor and relaxed and youthful atmosphere that will make us enjoy both delicious meals and dinners. Moreover, from their tables, we can see images projected live from the kitchen.
