On the first floor of the MIM Andorra hotel, the Hincha restaurant is located, a culinary proposal in collaboration with the renowned chef Nandu Jubany and Leo Messi.
The Hincha set menu presents us with a selection of starters with simple preparations, such as carpaccios, salads, ceviches and gourmet pizzas made with sourdough and baked over a wood fire. In addition, it is complemented with a variety of exquisite native meats from the Pyrenees, prepared in the Argentine style and other options, accompanied by fresh vegetables, legumes and seasonal mushrooms.
