Fukamura restaurant opened in 2016, the great idea was from Daisuke Fukamura, chef in Tokyo, who specialized in traditional sushi and Japanese food and decided to move to Barcelona where he gave a sophisticated touch to Rainbow Roll Restaurant and finally got his own restaurant.
With this experience the chef makes his cuisine based on traditional Japanese cuisine, but with avant-garde touches.
As for the decoration, the restaurant is designed to recreate a Japanese tavern where we can find a quiet atmosphere.
