El Raco d'en Freixa was born in the eighties by Josep Maria Freixa i Dori Riera in the uptown area of Barcelona. Now, Josep Maria's son, Ramon, redirected the restaurant and won a Michelin star.
Today, Freixa Sr. is the one who returns to take command of the restaurant, now called Tradició Freixa.
