Soy asidua del local, sobre todo del fin de semana. Definiría el Flash como un lugar sencillo, cómodo, limpio, con ambiente. De tortillas geniales, hamburguesas maravillosas, de platos sin tonterías, de buena materia prima. Ah!! de un servicio impecable, claro soy asidua eso puede influir...

Tenen el bon costum de posar a disposició dels clients un joc d'exemplars de la premsa diària. Trobo a faltar que no tinguin el diari Público. Farien bé en incloure'l. Flash flash es un restaurant maco, amb personalitat. Resisteix molt bé el pas del temps. Es menja bé.
