Contempo is the restaurant of the Hotel Catalonia Plaça Catalunya. This centrally located restaurant in Barcelona offers traditional and Mediterranean food in a classic and formal atmosphere.
The set menu is based on traditional Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine, with tapas and dishes always made with market and seasonal products. It has different set menus and a gin and tonic set menu.
The restaurant is accessed from the hotel entrance, located in a beautiful modernist building created by Emili Sala, Antoni Gaudí's teacher. The decoration of the premises is classic and traditional, although it has a modern touch that breaks with that. It has a terrace and different isolated rooms for more private celebrations.
