In the Rambla del Poble Nou there's Recasens, a Barcelona restaurant that comes as an evolution of the butcher-delicatessen founded by the family Recasens in 1906 and located in the modernist building where it is located.

It is not just a restaurant but also a store. All products it has are high quality. The menu has sausages, salads, cheese and fondue dishes and other delicacies. It is perfect for sharing the dishes due to its variety.

It opened as a restaurant in 2003 and it's divided into two floors. It has an ambience that ranges between rustic and romantic and has an intimate and informal atmosphere. The lighting is very elegant and all place is fully decorated with wreaths with lights and candles on the tables that contrast with the half rustic decor. Live jazz concerts are performed two Wednesdays per month.

Positive: Yo hace tiempo que voy, y se come bien.
Negative: Ayer fui, y me sorprendió, que ningún camarero ni cocineros, fueran con mascarillas. Les comenté que hay un protocolo y unas normas, y su respuesta fue, aún no hemos abierto. Y l arespuesta de algún camarero, de chulería y de que me lo paso por el forro, no la encontré correcta.
