Do you want to have totally different experiences? In the Boa-Bao Asian restaurant, located in the old Sala Gaspar art gallery, you can travel to 11 different countries without leaving Barcelona, thanks to its gastronomic proposals and the atmosphere of the place.
The menu has 11 pages, each corresponding to a country, including Taiwan, China, Laos or Cambodia. We find street dishes such as the typical Bao from Taiwan or the Dim Sum from China, and more sophisticated dishes such as braised scallops, among others. Also, there are options for those who want hotter dishes such as noodles and soups, all of them with generous portions.
As soon as you enter, the place will transport you to Asia due to its oriental decoration with reddish and greenish tones on the walls that combine perfectly with the dim lighting of the paper lamps. The uncovered kitchen stands out, from where we can appreciate how the chefs prepare our exquisite dishes.
