Bicos in Galician means kisses and this name expresses well the affectionate proposal of chef Edu Pereira for his dishes in a kitchen that pays homage to those who feel 'morriña' for the Galician flavors. Here the chef combines the flavors of his childhood with more modern techniques of preparation, creating a menu with his own identity without abdicating tradition.

Positive: Excelente restaurante gallego donde se pueden probar platos típicos de su gastronomía pero con un toque propio. Tienen siempre sugerencias nuevas fuera de carta, que es muy recomendable pedir. En ellas aprovechan los productos de temporada y hacen un homenaje a platos gallegos de cada estación: cocidos en invierno, platos típicos de Navidad o de Carnaval, etc. La atención es extraordinaria, es el restaurante con el personal más amable y encantador que he encontrado en Barcelona. He probado muchos platos, tanto de su carta fija como de sus sugerencias fuera de carta. Muy recomendables: - Las zamburiñas en alioli de mango - La empanada (casi cada día hay una diferente) - La carrillera de ternera a fuego lento con patata, boletus y castaña - Las brochetas de merluza y vieira sobre un salteado de verduritas Y de postre es imprescindible la leche frita casera, crujiente por fuera y cremosa por dentro. Una delicia.
