Healthy cuisine based on the principles of proximity and Km0 is the bet of the Seco Taverna Km0 restaurant since its opening in 2001, in the Poble-sec neighborhood in Barcelona.
The space, whose partners are linked to the Slow Food Barcelona organization, has a menu designed by the Venezuelan chef José Antonio 'Josete' Camacaro León, based on the natural where organic meats, seasonal fruits and vegetables, vegetable proteins and cereals abound integral, and that is divided between options for day and night with specialties to snack and share.
