Chef Cheng's unassuming cuisine contains dishes from this rich Asian cuisine such as various curry dishes with different levels of spiciness, fresh rice rolls, green papaya salad or the classic Pad Thai, rice noodles sauteed with vegetables, eggs, soy and tamarind sauce.
