All the essence and tradition of the Castilian ‘asadores’ awaits us in Asador de Burgos, a restaurant founded three decades ago and run by a family originally from Burgos who knows what they’re doing.
Dominated by an adobe oven where suckling lambs and pigs are roasted with oak wood, the restaurant welcomes us in a traditional atmosphere that takes us to the Duero lands. The space has a private room for about 30 people.
Made with high quality products, the menu offers specialties of the house such as the suckling pig from Segovia DO or the ‘churra’ sheep. Besides, the excellent selection of tapas can be enjoyed either at the bar or in the dining room.
