Asado Barcelona

The Asado restaurant is located at number 12 of the most gastro street in the city, which is barely 100 meters long and there is a restaurant almost every 10 meters. It was opened in 2021 and is the favorite place for lovers of American-style hamburgers, and for vegetarians they also have rich and juicy options.

Asado Barcelona offers a reduced set menu but with a wide variety of organic meat burgers (from eight-year-old cows that graze freely and have matured for 30 days) and dishes cooked with wood and charcoal embers. The hamburger that we cannot miss, given that all its critics are praising it, is "El Don": cheddar cheese, smoked shredded beef, confit garlic mayonnaise and ketchup. You will not only find burgers, they also have a variety of dishes such as croquettes; crispy and mellow cooked with organic and local ingredients, which you won't be able to resist.

The restaurant is characterized by being a place with good value for money, offering a lunch set menu for €13.50. The atmosphere is modern and simple as it combines black walls with dark wooden furniture and mirrors on the walls. The team is very attentive and helpful, which is why you will want to repeat the experience.
