83.3 Terrace Bar (Royal Hotel Pg de Gràcia)

Positivo: The view.

Negativo: Awful experience. A group of us went for my friends birthday. When we tried to order food at 15:30pm we were told the kitchen was closed… yet all the food menus were out on the tables and there was nothing detailing this on the website. We have also asked the bar staff to store my friends birthday cake - but no one mentioned anything about the kitchen closing. When we addressed this with “Camila” she said that it isn’t here responsibility to tell us when the kitchen closes and “that’s how it works here in Spain.” Camila also said that “I’ll ask you if you want to go to the bathroom next time.” Camila was shockingly rude, arrogant and didn’t not care, she clearly hates her job. I’d be throughly ashamed if one of my employees spoke to my customers in the way that she did. It’s safe to say that we will not be returning and will not recommend any of our family, friends or clients here in Barcelona to have to experience such poor service.
