In 2013 the restaurant Yugo Sushi & Kose opened in Madrid run by Julian Mármol and is now considered a landmark of Japanese cuisine. The restaurant moved in 2015 to the Letras neighborhood where offers fresh products with designation of Japanese origin.
The property features a wide selection of wines, sakes and champagnes to accompany each of their dishes. In addition, it also has two tasting set menus.
The undoubted success of Yugo Sushi & Kose has led to open Yugo Okasan.
