Yakitoro is a restaurant fused between Spanish and Japanese cuisine located in the Justicia neighborhood in Madrid. It is the first gastronomic project of the famous chef Alberto Chicote and its name refers to the combination of the Japanese skewer and the word "bull", one of the most important symbols of Spain. Yakitoro uses simple ingredients such as chicken, tuna or pork and bases the strength of his kitchen on sauces to flavor his dishes. The restaurant's ambience is inspired by the traditional Japanese tavern style, with an avant-garde aesthetic and a bright space with tables around large charcoal grills.
