Rooster is a restaurant whose main objective is to highlight national, fresh, quality and natural products on its set menu. This place, run by Alfonso and Ana Castellano, is located in the heart of Madrid.
The ingredients used in the preparation of the dishes are cooked with passion and care, and the set menu varies according to the season to ensure that it offers unique products made in Spain, directly from nature to the plate, without going through the market.
The space is designed with great attention to detail. This modern restaurant has a bar with high tables, a dining room, an open kitchen with a charcoal grill, and two floors with rooms and tables for reserved areas.
