Milos

Milos is the last restaurant that marriage Panagiotis, formed by Charalambidis and Isabel del Castillo, has opened in Madrid. Like the other (Mythos and Delphos), this restaurant offers a very Mediterranean-Greek cuisine.

In its menu they stand out above all meats and grilled fish. Although the cuisine is not particularly spicy, the abundance of spices makes it not suitable for every palate. It offers very interesting wines from the Peloponnese.

It is decorated with countless Greek motifs, from flags to plaster sculptures, through occasional Doric column, friezes and even a replica of the Venus de Milo. In the neighborhood of Salamanca it is a charming and cozy place.

Dishes on the menu: hummus, elpikilia megali (variety of typical starter Hellenic country), oxtapodi Karvuna sta (octopus coal), accordion tomato with cheese Manuri and basil pesto, filetitos golden tempura with orange sauce and salad arugula and spinach, moussaka (eggplant lasagna, meat and potatoes), Tsipoura (golden coal) and garidaxifias sovlaki (skewered emperor).
