La Manduca Azagra is a restaurant that mix the professionalism and cordiality of a navarran family and the quality and richness of this regional gastronomy. Its owners come from Azagra, a little town in Navarra (north of Spain), from where they maintain intact it spirit. 

It offers traditional cuisine based primarily on market products and seasonal. The house specialty are, as couldn't be otherwise if we talk about Navarran cuisine, its exquisite artichokes, asparagus or the mythical crystal peppers.

In its menu you also can find excellent meats and homemade desserts. It also has a selection of wines short, but with several references of our land.

Dishes on the menu: goat cheese truffles with honey oil, peppers roasted glass grill, lentils with vegetables and fresh foie, dwell with underpants, loin of bluefin tuna grilled, neck of hake, tail boning bull with boletus , corderico in chilindrón, veal cheeks, breaded brains corderico, borage, thistle.
