La Huerta de Madrid delights us with the best cod of Madrid. Founded in 1992, it remains in force with over twenty years of experience renovanado its more traditional proposals to create a cutting edge and updated kitchen.
His signature dish is tasting cod, but the set menu also include other traditional recipes renovated from seasonal vegetables, red meat oak charcoal and fresh fish. Every day presents a different dish. They also have an extensive wine list to suit all tastes.
