La Hoja have been offering since 1981 the best of the Asturian cuisine in the city of Madrid. Not surpisingly, this restaurant has the title of 'Ambassador of Asturias Gastronomy', a great recognition.
This restaurant remains true to its culinary regularly, based on wild fish, vegetables and supreme select red meat. In a baroque atmosphere and hardwood, we can taste the best of its menu, fresh salmon, the Asturias pot or different Spanish comfort dishes.
The chef in charge of prepare the delights of this rich gastronomy is Francisco Rodríguez. Its wine list is moderately extensive and it's dominated by classic Riojas.
