Candela Restò is an upscale restaurant located in Madrid in Amnestía Street. It offers a modern and avant-garde cuisine with a fusion of creative dishes of Spanish, Basque and Asian style. It is a different and fresh cuisine.
Candela Restò's menu does not offer a menu but it has three different tasting set menus, which are: set menu 6 steps, steps 9 and 11 steps. This is cuisine, presented by Samy Ali Rando, it is made with seasonal products. Each week they propose different set menus which are reinvented.
The restaurant's decor is also based on the merger, with a mixture of elements such as an Asian fish illustrated on the wall or the various recycled elements. It has a cozy living room at the street level and, downstairs, the tapas bar.
