Located in the district of Salamanca, in Serrano street there is the always full El Paraguas. The restaurant opened in 2004 by Sandro Silva and Marta Seco, with the aim of providing a new vision of Asturian gastronomy.
The local has a classical style, but offers charming updating traditional Spanish cuisine with the greatest success. Its dishes are characterized by excellent raw material and have a wide range of seasonal products. In addition, the recipes are homemade and prepared with the most authentic Asturian knowledge.
