In the prestigious Madrid's Salamanca district we find El Fogón de Trifon, called in that way in honor to its owner, Jorge Trifón. A familiar and elegant restaurant where the most demanding palates leave it satisfied.

In a small, intimate and classic setting, it offers a cuisine that mix tradition and innovation which include meats and fresh fish. All based on a quality raw material.

It has a large bar for tapas and a charming lounge where you can taste their dishes and culinary offerings. It also has an excellent wine selection, where Rioja or Jumilla wines predominates.
