El Astorgano is a restaurant located on Pensamiento Street in Madrid and runned by the sisters Ana and Silvia Fuertes, who offer a traditional Leon cuisine.
Its cuisine is based on stews, which highlights their particular “maragato stew”, original recipe from Maruja Botas. Its menu is presented in the inverse way: first it has a variety of meat and chickpeas and cabbage followed by soup, all prepared with high quality products. It also has extensive wine cart.
