Already more than six years that lleba Jaime Rodriguez, owner of the restaurant Compostela, delighting its guests with the most traditional and pure Galician cuisine. It is located in the district of Argüelles, in the commercial area of Princesa, Madrid.
It has a brewery where you can peck and try the magnificent Jabugo ham, and another area to eat and savor your menu and its flagship products: seafood selected directly on the most famous fish markets as Arosa, Cedeira or Portonovo, or its excellent beef, raised in the green pastures of Lugo.
