Already more than six years that lleba Jaime Rodriguez, owner of the restaurant Compostela, delighting its guests with the most traditional and pure Galician cuisine. It is located in the district of Argüelles, in the commercial area of ​​Princesa, Madrid.

It has a brewery where you can peck and try the magnificent Jabugo ham, and another area to eat and savor your menu and its flagship products: seafood selected directly on the most famous fish markets as Arosa, Cedeira or Portonovo, or its excellent beef, raised in the green pastures of Lugo. The set menu changes seasonally and offers set set menus.

This is a traditional restaurant with both round and square tables with blue tablecloths arranged, parquet flooring and white walls give the room light and airy.

Dishes on the menu: Breaded cod with raisins, peppers fried rolls, tortilla de Betanzos, rice with vegetables, mussels and red prawn, turbot Galician T-bone steak, roasted suckling pig with potatoes, homemade pie chocolate mousse with ice cream.
