Celso y Manolo is a traditional Spanish tavern opened at 1971 by the Argüelles brothers. A typical Spanish tavern that by decor, atmosphere and food could be defined as absolutley typical Spanish. It offers tapas, traditional dishes, wine and spritzers.
All the products that they use come from ecological productions: chickens, cows and sheep raised in organic farms. They offer us a proposal between tradition and modernity. The menu is presented in a format of an old newspaper, where we can order meat, rice, dumplings or even mythical sandwiches.
Rustically decorated, it has from five to six low tables and three or four in the interior hallway. It is a small space with a central bar of eight meters, where the beer is pulled and the drinks are served.
